after a great long weekend home, we're back and working on christmas crafts!
here's a simple gift for some friends here in chattanooga -
2x4's about a foot long, some modge podge, cute paper, clothespins, & a little chalkboard paint and you've got...
a christmas countdown on one side and a little place for a picture on the other
easy peasy!
These are ADORABLE!!!! You are so wonderfully creative!!

ReplyDeleteI found a great craft!
I work with special needs kids and I wanted something cute, easy and fun--and homemade-- to give them for Christmas..I'm just about ready to give up looking, when I found these. It's perfect, I have everything I need to do them..and I know the kids will love them!
Thanks for sharing!
These are so pretty, I love them.
ReplyDeleteCould you tell me the length for the 2x4's? are they 12 or 15"? Thanks so much. We are going to attempt this at our moms group. :-)
ReplyDeleteI was wondering too how long these were? Thank you
ReplyDeleteI blog over at http://www.2crafty4myskirt.blogspot.com/ and I just wanted to let you know that today I posted a round up of Christmas Countdowns. I featured this project in the round up. Please let me know if you are not ok with that and I will remove it from the post! Thanks!
ReplyDeleteA question about the letters, did you write that with a paint marker or something else? The paint marker I used blended with the spray paint on the wood. Any suggestions for a different way to write on it?
ReplyDeleteThank you!
